More information on the HomeAlmighty is on their web site below. In his speech at the lavish DVD Video Group party at CES last month, Warren Lieberfarb, Warner Home Video President, made it clear the future of consumer DVDs shall include some form of Internet connectivity like what is in the formidable Warner Bros. DVD title, "Lost in Space." He announced that Warner Bros. will release at least 10 WebDVD titles by years end. In April, Warner Bros. inaugural WebDVD Interactive Magazine, Drive-On (http://www.driveon.com), will intensify awareness and excitement regarding this emerging hybrid consumer electronic category. The DVD Reporter's BetaTester Club is made up of on-line DVD set-top and PC owners. The diverse cross section of on-line consumers offers DVD content pioneers an opportunity to test ambitious interactive functionality added to linear properties. This Connected Electronic Group is a FREE test bed for manufacturers to find out to what extent conference room concepts appeal to the growing, discerning on-line market. Membership to the DVD Reporter's BetaTester Club is also FREE of charge.
